The new selection process for the Bahia State Administration Secretariat (Saeb) is now open for applications to hire professionals on a temporary basis. A total of 390 positions are offered for candidates with secondary, technical secondary, and higher education levels.

The opportunities are spread across several cities in the state, such as Salvador, Guanambi, Itabuna, and Feira de Santana. The vacancies include the roles of Temporary Technical Analyst, Psychologist, and Temporary Administrative Technicians, with 51 TP3T positions reserved for people with disabilities and 301 TP3T positions reserved for Black or mixed-race candidates.

Those selected will be hired for a period of 36 months, which may be renewed for an equal period, according to the needs of Saeb. Remuneration varies according to the level of education, being R$$ 2,623.60 for secondary level and R$$ 3,153.30 for higher level. The exception is the area of psychology, which has a remuneration of R$$ 3,387.11.

Those interested should register on the website of the Brazilian Institute for Training and Development (IBFC), which is responsible for conducting the selection process. Registration is open until October 19th and has a fee of R$90.00 for candidates for Technical Analyst positions and R$70.00 for Administrative Technician positions. Eligible candidates may request a fee waiver between September 25th and 27th.

The selection process will consist of an objective test, scheduled for November 26th in all cities with available positions. The selection process will be valid for one year, and may be extended for an equal period at the discretion of Saeb.
