Launch of the SIGA Project in Senhor do Bonfim
On July 14th, the SIGA Project was launched at the City Council of Senhor do Bonfim. This project will be developed by the municipality in partnership with the Departments of Education and Social Assistance, with the support of the Public Prosecutor's Office.
The Siga Itinerante Project
The Siga Itinerante Project aims to promote citizenship education, strengthening ties between the Bonfim community and the appropriate treatment of the elderly and people with disabilities. It considers four fundamental pillars: sensitivity, inclusion, guarantee, and accessibility.
The importance of education and information.
Public Prosecutor Dr. Ítala Suzana emphasized the importance of sharing information and promoting education as a form of awareness. In the classrooms, the commitment to knowing the law and putting it into practice in daily life will be emphasized.
Emotion and partnership
During the presentation about the project, the facilitator Franceli used poetry to evoke emotion and convey the importance of the partnership of everyone involved. It was a moment of reflection on the role of each person in the project's success.

The event was attended by Deputy Mayor Eliseu Rios, the Secretaries of Education – Lourinalva Coelho and Social Assistance – Taciane Granja, as well as Public Prosecutor Dr. Ítala Suzana, councilors Biro Biro and Ary Urbano, project mediator Franceli Almeida, School Managers and Coordinators, and employees from Semed and Semas.
