Delivery of the renovated multi-sports court at the Cândido Felix Municipal School in Senhor do Bonfim.
On the morning of this Wednesday (19), the mayor of Senhor do Bonfim, Laércio Junior, accompanied by government secretaries, councilors Elizeu dos Temperos and Reinaldo José, the school's management, teachers and students, delivered the renovated sports court at the Cândido Felix Municipal School, in the Alto da Maravilha neighborhood.
The multi-sports court underwent a complete restructuring and is now ready to offer young people and athletes a suitable environment for leisure and sports practice. The reopening included several men's and women's futsal matches involving students from the school itself.
Mayor Laércio Junior expressed his satisfaction with the result of the sports court's renovation and highlighted the municipal administration's commitment to improving school infrastructure. According to him: “I am very happy with the way our students are experiencing education in the municipality. The schools have undergone renovations and, in some cases, expansions, received equipment and furniture, and we are renovating or installing multi-sports courts. For the first time in history, public school students received uniforms and kits consisting of a backpack, water bottle, and pencil case. This is what it means to offer a quality education.”.
The renovation of the multi-sports court at the Cândido Felix Municipal School is yet another example of the commitment of the Senhor do Bonfim City Hall to providing improvements in school infrastructure and offering students an environment conducive to learning and sports development. The municipal administration reaffirms its commitment to taking good care of the city and its citizens.
