Gastronomy in Bonfinense: Professional Courses in Italian Cuisine and Oven-Baked Dishes

The Municipality of Senhor do Bonfim, through the Department of Economic Development and Tourism, in partnership with SENAC, will continue the schedule of the "Bonfinense Gastronomy" Project with the promotion of two more professional courses. This time, the courses will focus on the preparation of Italian and oven-baked dishes.

Registration and Documentation

To participate in the courses, registration is required through the available link. After registration, the interested party must appear at the Secretariat of Economic Development within 48 hours with the following documents: proof of residence, copy of ID, CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), and proof of education.

Location and Dates

The vocational course will take place in the Mobile Training Unit, located in Praça Edualdo Oliveira, behind the old City Hall building in Senhor do Bonfim. The courses will run from July 17th to 21st, with the Italian Cuisine course in the morning, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the Oven Dishes course in the afternoon, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Prerequisites

The prerequisites for participating in the courses are: minimum age of 16 years. For students under 18, it is necessary to present the documentation of the guardian, as well as an email and telephone contact. It is also required that participants have incomplete primary education.
