Gastronomy in Senhor do Bonfim: The Municipality of Senhor do Bonfim promotes vocational courses.

The Municipality of Senhor do Bonfim, in partnership with SENAC, is promoting the "Bonfinense Gastronomy" Project. As part of the schedule, two professional courses will be held on the preparation of cassava-based foods and cookies.

Registration and required documentation

Those interested should register via the provided link. After registration, it is necessary to go to the Secretariat of Economic Development within 48 hours and present the required documents: proof of residence, copy of ID, CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), and proof of education.

Location and schedule of courses

The courses will be held in the Mobile Training Unit, located in Praça Edualdo Oliveira (behind the old City Hall building). See below for information about each course:

Course: Preparing Cassava-Based Foods

• Dates: June 12th to 16th
• Shift: morning, from 8 am to 12 pm
• Prerequisites: Minimum age of 16 years and incomplete primary education.
