Step-by-step guide to checking your PIS/Pasep status online.
1. Download the official app.

For private sector workers: Caixa Trabalhador app.

For public sector employees: Banco do Brasil app.

Install it on your mobile phone and log in with your CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer registration number) and Gov.br password.

2. Check the benefit

Within the app, access the "Salary Bonus" or "PIS/Pasep" option.

The system will display:

If there is available funding.

The exact amount of the benefit.

The expected payment date.

3. Check the payment method.

Payment can be made in three ways:

Automatic deposit into your Caixa or Banco do Brasil account.

Credit in the social digital account.

In-person withdrawal at an ATM, lottery outlet, or bank branch (with ID and card).

4. Make the withdrawal

If the money is not automatically credited to your account:

Go to a Caixa ATM, lottery outlet, or branch.

Bring photo identification and, if you have it, your Citizen Card.

Follow the instructions to withdraw the available amount.
