The Municipality of Senhor do Bonfim, through the Municipal Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (CMDCA), released tonight the results of the objective test of specific knowledge held on July 16th. This test is part of the electoral process that will choose the new members of the Tutelary Council, consisting of five full members and five alternates.<\/p>\n
The election is being organized by the Municipal Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (CMDCA) and a Special Commission responsible for the process. The commission is composed of six council members, three from the public sector and three from civil society.<\/p>\n
The test consisted of 20 multiple-choice questions about Federal Law No. 8.069\/90 (Statute of the Child and Adolescent), 5 questions on basic computer skills, and an essay. The maximum score was 10 points, and the minimum passing grade was six points.<\/p>\n
After the date the results are published, candidates have three days to appeal to the Special Committee. The appeal must be sent by email to cmdcasenhordobonfim.21@gmail.com. After the review period, the list of candidates eligible for the election will be announced by August 24th.<\/p>\n
The election will be held on October 1st nationwide. Elected candidates will undergo training and will be sworn in on January 10th, 2024. Their term will last four years, from 2024 to 2027.<\/p>\n
The release of the objective test results is an important step in the process of choosing the child protection council members in Senhor do Bonfim.
